Placer Gold Mining Claim Consisting of 20 acres

17 miles out of Grants Pass, Oregon.

This Gold Claim is Located Only and the Buyer will Pay All Fees Associated with Ownership of the Claim.(aprox. $250)

This Unique Gold Claim is Primitive by Nature and is located on a Large Inside Bend (a miners dream)

It has a 40-60 foot Island at the Bottom of the Bend, and a Smaller Inside Bend at the end of the Claim and an Abundent amount of Exposed Bedrock, Big Boulders and Old Growth Timbers Surrounding the Gold Claim with Thick Old Growth Moss showing the age of the area!

This Gold Claim has a Trail cut in and is a very easy walk-in and has plenty of room for your choice of ground maintainence for camping, parking, stream side deck, ect

It has an Historic Water Ditch from the Early Days of Mining!

This area is well known for Very Course and Rough Gold as the pictures show and lays in-between a few Gold Producing Sources! (bench placers and other feeder creeks)

There isnt any other Gold Claims above or below of this Claim as the land there is Private.

There is a few Nice, Clean and Cold Springs running all year long and is used for drinking water!

We have Dredged very little on this Gold Claim, leaving about 90% of it untouched

The Trail cut into the Gold Claim was made by us and never had one before, therefore we believe that this is

one of the very hard to find virgin (+/-) Gold Claims that are still available. (loggers and hand miners worked these grounds in days past! ergo, the +/-)

Dredging on this Gold Claim, we found a lot of Gray Clay and Black Clay (black

coming from the slate bedrock leaching minerals) and large amounts of Black Sands to show the Virginity of the Creek
