albany, oregonthis is a beautiful oriental jewelry box with brass on a black lacquer background. it has five drawers behind the doors which lock and one larger drawer at the bottom. the doors and side panels have applied jade geisha girls. all corners, hinges, drawer pulls, and top carry handle are of brass. pine dove tail construction. each drawer if padded with beautiful green oriental silk brocade material. it measures 17 3/8" tall by 9 5/8" wide by 7 7/8" deep. this item was purchased in the orient in the early eighties. $95.00
